Integrated HR Software
The ESOS payroll system comes complete with a fully integrated HR system that can be enabled at any time. The module is accessed remotely using Citrix technology and ESOS hosts the customer’s database at Meriden Hall. The integrated HR and Payroll system enables the customer to have a single point of data entry for each employee allowing an automatic update to the payroll system; for example when starter or leaver information is added to the HR system or any salary changes to current employees.
The ESOS hosted solution means that small to medium sized organisations can benefit from state of the art and functional rich software at a fraction of the normal licence fees and without all the worries of owning and hosting software such as disaster recovery, hardware costs, upgrades and recurring licence fees.
The Self Service module is fully integrated with the HR/Payroll System and is web-based meaning it can be accessed using the customer’s own intranet and can be switched on to managers only or to all employees. The self-service module allows individuals or managers to change personal details, record absence; this module is fully integrated with real time updates to HR/Payroll.
